English Language Arts
In our English Language Arts (ELA) curriculum, students focus on mastering basic concepts of English grammar. Through interactive methods, including singing, recitation, and engagement with key ELA concepts, we aim to provide students with a strong foundation that will support their academic growth as they mature. Additionally, students delve into a diverse range of texts, exploring various genres and styles of literature, fostering both their reading and writing skills.
Mathematics
For mathematics, we implement the Eureka Math curriculum to promote a strong sense of numbers among students. Our approach incorporates word problems throughout the entire unit, rather than solely in the final lesson, enabling students to develop skills in deciphering and understanding problem statements. Furthermore, the incorporation of a spiral review component ensures that mathematical skills are consistently revisited and reinforced throughout the academic year, contributing to a sustained and comprehensive understanding of mathematical concepts.
